Why group fitness?

Fitness is so much more fun with comrades, they keep you motivated, dedicated & entertained! I believe in turning Group Fitness into a way of life for people, having a schedule and friends keeps you happy and healthy, no matter which age you are.

Describe your class to someone new.

My classes are fast paced and challenging. I teach an advanced cycling class filled with heavy climbs and fast sprints. My boot camps consist of cardio, bodyweight movements, and lighter weights with higher repetitions, in order to tone and strengthen without bulking.

How do you help inspire your members?

I try to live the fitness life I believe is healthy for myself and for my clients, if you don’t find me in a class, you will find me on the floor, or on the treadmill in the gym. With that being said, I definitely enjoy my sweets and my martinis on occasion!
