  • Will BAYFIT accept insurance?

    As a privately owned gym we do not accept insurance as a form of payment. We also do not take Silver Sneakers.

  • Is BAYFIT open 24/7?

    BAYFIT is only open during our hours of operations.

    Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM

    Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

    Sunday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Are children allowed to use the gym?

    Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the gym. Children from the ages of 12-15 can use the gym with a junior membership, with a parent who also has a valid gym membership. The parent must accompany them while they use the gym.

  • What do I need in order to sign up?

    Bring a valid ID (driver’s license or state ID preferred) for your first free visit or if you’re signing up to become a member. Check our pricing page for more information about specific IDs based on membership type.

  • What form of payments are accepted?

    We accept credit cards, cash, or checks.

  • What if I misplaced my scan card?

    Ask the front desk staff for a new one. If you happen to find the old one, do not use to scan when checking in, the old card will no longer be connected to your account.

  • How do I take my account off hold?

    If you placed your account on hold and would like to start back up, provide the front desk staff your name and we would be happy to get your account back up again. The same process applies if you cancelled your account and are wanting to start back up again.

  • Issues logging into your BAYFIT App?

    Make sure you downloaded the app from the app store. You must use the same email you gave the front desk staff to sign up for a membership. If you have the correct email address, click “forgot password” on the login page. After following those steps sign into your account with the same email and new password.

  • How do I cancel or put my account on hold?

    You can cancel or put your account on hold in person at the front desk. We ask that members fill out a brief form five days prior to their specific billing date.

    If you are unable to make it in person, please email info@bayfitclub.com that you would like to cancel or put your account on hold. Please do so five days prior to your billing date, and include your name, phone number, and a brief reason.

  • What is BAYFIT's Auto-Renew Policy?

    BayFit’s policy is for all monthly memberships to be on auto-renew. You will be billed each month on the same date as you sign up. If you leave town for an extended period of time, we can place your account on hold or cancel it, we just ask you do so five days prior to your personal billing date.
