All personal training clients must be members and have an active membership. Before scheduling your complimentary consultation, come in person and sign up today!
Step 2
Book your free consultation with a trainer! Each consultation will consist of reviewing your health history, any issues or concerns, and goals. Each client will also use our body composition scan which will help gauge your progress throughout training.
Step 3
Let the training begin! Throughout your journey with your training, you will have follow-up assessments to review your progress and what your next steps are based on your needs and goals.
