I originally hail from Michigan and now reside in the beautiful Nokomis, Florida!
What are your certifications?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and boast certifications in TRX, BOSU, Spinal Rehabilitation, Strength Training, Athletic Training, and Assisted Stretching. I've also received training from seasoned professionals in the field.
Why group fitness?
The allure of group fitness is just as compelling to me as one-on-one training. I'm passionate about group fitness because it allows people of all ages and fitness levels to come together, fostering a sense of community while collectively improving their fitness and overall health.

Imagine a BOSU class as a unique fitness experience where we utilize a specialized BOSU ball for exercises. These exercises enhance your balance, build strength, and boost coordination by challenging your core stability. It's a fun and effective way to work on your fitness goals. TRX Training is a versatile workout that uses suspension straps to engage your entire body for strength, flexibility, and balance.
