I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What are your certifications?

Why group fitness?

I enjoy teaching group fitness due to the group aspect of the environment. I feel privileged to be able to share a passion with others who enjoy fitness and the challenges it may bring. I always want to be an example to those I meet in the community that health and fitness can be fun and exciting, and the benefits impact many parts of our lives.

 

Describe your class to someone new.

I use my music to set the pace and intensity for my cycle class, which coordinates the type of choreography I will use such as presses, tap-backs, and sprints. For my HIIT and strength and conditioning you can expect functional exercises that transition into our daily lives, focusing on strength, balance, coordination and corrective exercises.

How do you help inspire your members?

I just try to be an example for those around me each time I am in the gym or on the bike. I view fitness as a journey, and one where I take small steps each day to continue that journey much later in life. If I am not in the gym, I’m enjoying the beach, outdoor activities, and time with friends and family.
